Iryna Makarova-Vysheslavska (born 1939)  is a Ukrainian artist, painter and graphic artist, as well as a stage designer. She is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and of the Maison des Artistes (Paris, France).
She received her art education at the Republican Art School, where she later taught painting for many years. She continued her studies at the Ilya Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). After that, she returned to Kyiv and graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.
The artistic practice of Iryna Makarova-Vysheslavska encompasses painting, graphic art, and scenography, combining a strong academic foundation with individual plastic thinking and a subtle sense of imagery. Her works are distinguished by a focus on the inner state of the human being, psychological tension, and symbolic motifs, as well as refined color palettes and carefully considered compositions.
