In the project artist focuses on the emotional relationship of Ukrainians to the land as a kind of constant, one that is now facing destruction. In this project, Kravets captures both the physical death of the land and its spiritual rebirth in the eyes of those who care for it.

The central theme of the exhibition is the exploration of collective trauma during wartime, the proximity of death, and the sense of helplessness that drives one to seek the magical, archaic, and sacred.

Halyna Zhehulska (born 1957), or as her friends and acquaintances called her — Dzenia, is a Ukrainian artist who mainly worked in the field of abstract graphics and was a significant part of the underground art community of Lviv in the 1970s and 1980s.
