Vagan Ananyan (1959-2006) – Armenian and Ukrainian artist. He studied in the workshop of the famous Armenian sculptor S. Stepanyan (1972–1976). The first personal exhibition was held in Yerevan in 1977. Personal exhibitions were held in Tallinn, Odessa. In the late 1990s, he moved to Odessa. Participated in the International Biennale of Contemporary Art in Florence (2005). Works are kept in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
