VUDON BAKLYTSKYI

Vudon Baklytskyi (1942 — 1992) is a Ukrainian innovative artist, a bright representative of postmodernism in Ukraine. In Soviet times, he was in the underground.
Vudon, dreaming of becoming an artist, studied on his own: he read a lot, drew, copied the works of his favorite artists. He changed many professions, combining them with continuous artistic creativity: he worked at the Kyiv Rich Fleet, as a tour guide, decorator, porter, decorator at the film studio named after Dovzhenka, participated in archaeological expeditions, etc.
The works are stored in the National Art Museum of Ukraine and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
