Mykhailo Vanshtein (1940-1981) — Ukrainian painter and sculptor. A representative of the sixties. The first personal exhibition took place in 1987 in Kyiv, after the death of the artist, because many of Weinstein’s works could not be included in official exhibitions for a long time. Now it is called one of the classics of Ukrainian underground art of the 1960s and 1970s.
