Arsen Savadov (born 1962) is a Ukrainian artist of Armenian descent, a conceptualist, media artist, photographer, and master of photomontage. Born in Kyiv into the family of the graphic artist Volodymyr Savadov, an Armenian native of Baku. He graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute in 1986. A member of the Kyiv artistic group “Paris Commune.” He is one of the most prominent representatives of the Ukrainian Transavantgarde. Represented Ukraine at the 49th Venice Biennale. Lives and works in Kyiv.
