Andriy Bludov (b. 1962) — Ukrainian painter and graphic artist. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1990), member of the All-Ukrainian Creative Union BZ-ART (1993), Honored Artist of Ukraine (2018), graduated from Kyiv State Art Institute (1990).
